Gamified campaign to meeting planners for Westtoer (Belgian Coast)
For Westtoer’s business/tourism website ‘Meetings Aan De Kust’, Tourist Inform created a video that was integrated into a viral FB app game. The entire concept was thought up and executed up by Tourist Inform: script, casting, video & launch and circulation. The video was to encourage the viewer to request the free meeting brochure from Westtoer. One of the companies could win free ice cream delivered to the office.
Key element of the campaign: a teasing video
This video was fully directed and edited by Tourism Marketing Group. It included casting of the models, shots at some of the meeting venues at the Belgian coast and ended in a message from the beach: who will win a free visit of an ice cream car for his company. This video was integrated in a Facebook game.
The final winner of the contest was Koffie Beyers, a Belgian coffee making company.

On the day of the visit of the ice cream car at the winning company, members of the press were invited to witness the distribution of the ice cream. Of course, we also touched upon how the convention bureau for the Belgian Coast (Westtoer) functions.
